Workshop Objectives: By the end of the session, participants will: *Understand the role of plant medicine in emotional healing and energetic balance. *Experience guided meditation to connect with Earth Yin energy. *Learn practical lifestyle habits for integrating holistic wellness into daily life. *Leave with tools and rituals for self-care, emotional stability, and personal fulfilment.

Workshop Agenda (1 Hour)

  1. Welcome & Opening Grounding Exercise (10 min) Introduction: *Brief overview of the session's purpose and benefits. *The importance of Earth Yin energy in emotional healing and balance. Grounding Breathwork Exercise: Short guided breathwork to calm the nervous system. Centering the body and mind in the present moment.

  2. Understanding Earth Yin Energy & Plant Medicine (15 min) What is Earth Yin Energy? *The balance of Yin (nurturing, receptive, grounding) and Yang (active, fiery, moving)? *How connecting to Earth's energy promotes inner peace and stability.

The Role of Plant Medicine in Emotional Healing: *Herbs and medicinal plants for emotional balance (e.g., ashwagandha, reishi, chamomile, mugwort). *Adaptogens and nervines for calming the mind and soothing the heart. *Energetic properties of plant medicine: grounding, uplifting, heart-opening. *Handout with key herbs, meditation steps, and daily grounding practices. *Quick-reference guide for balancing emotions naturally.
